Going East to Utrecht
Utrecht is the fourth largest city and part of the Randstad (Rim city) forming the major urbanized region of the Netherlands. The Dutch declaration of independence from Spanish rule was signed in Utrecht in 1581. There are trains between Den Haag Central Station and Utrecht every half hour (direct) (not from station Laan van NOI).
