Welcome Cocktail is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the Venue Hotel. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés.
Conference Dinner
Date: 07 November, 2025
Time: 19:15 – 23:00
Participants will gather in the lobby of the Venue Hotel at 19:15, where coaches will be available to transfer everyone to the dinner venue.
The evening will feature a set-course dinner showcasing the finest local specialties, accompanied by a selection of drinks in a warm and festive atmosphere.
An after-party will follow from 23:00 to 00:30
